Original Toronto Star caption: Lady Luck's friend: George Dodd shows wife, Dorothy, his $683,032 cheque won in a Lottario draw. The retired Kitchener bricklayer, 67, always considered himself fortunate to survive a stint with a British bomb disposal squad during World War II, but now he's convinced he's in luck's good graces. He used part of his former regimental number to pick the winning combination.
