  • Toronto's girl watchers had a field day yesterday as 40 miniskirted lovelies; finalists in the Miss Toronto contest; rode up Bay St. in convertibles to City Hall. Several thousand people lined Bay to see the noon-hour parade. Hundreds of others leaned out of office windows. Mayor William Dennison called them exciting girls in an exciting city. Which one will be Miss Toronto '68? That will be decided Saturday at the annual Police Games in CNE Stadium.
