Original Toronto Star caption: And another 2 to 4 inches coming: Crossing Yonge St. at Queen St. yesterday in deep, dirty snow was even more difficult in a long coat. The storm dumped from 3 1/2 to 8 inches of snow on the Metro area, and another 2 to 4 inches of it is expected today. Emergency snow procedures are in effect and plows are clearing the main thoroughfares.
