Original Toronto Star caption: Jamaican relief flows in. Volunteer Iris John; centre; helps sort the abundance of clothing donated to the Jamaican Relief Collection centre on Dupont St. for survivors of Hurricane Gilbert. Organizers say they need more volunteers to sort out the clothing. They are also urging people not turn in heavy overcoats which are unsuuitable for Jamaica. Gilbert devastated the island nation earlier this month; leaving 19 dead and an estimated 500;000 homeless.
