Original Toronto Star caption: It was slow; slow driving for Metro motorists yesterday and today as trucks and cars groped their way along snow-swept roads and highways. This line of cars; on Highway 401 near Toronto International Airport; was typical as trips that ordinarily take a few minutes stretched out into hours. The Don Valley Parkway was closed yesterday by police; triggering the worst traffic jam in Metro history.
