Original Toronto Star caption: The deliverance; a 17th century craft built from the wreckage of the ship which brought the English to Bermuda in 1609; survives in a replica now standing in the old city of St. George. The shipwrecked settlers used the Deliverance and a sister ship to bring in food and supplies from the American colony in Virginia.
