Original Toronto Star caption: Launching the tall ships; With the CN Tower in the background; appearing to rise from its decks like a mast; Pathfinder; one of Toronto's two tall ships; is lowered into the lake at Harborfront yesterday. The 60-foot ship and its sister brigantine Playfair will be co-hosts to the fleet of tall ships that will visit Lake Ontario this July.

      Shipkeeper Bill Cook stands on the deck of the Go one of the two ships he keeps an eye on during the wi daily inspections to check that everything is shipshap sister ship, the James Norris, are the largest grain carries now wintering in Toronto harbor. Cook receives $575 a month for keeping both ships. He lives rent-free aboard the Leitch, in the chief cook's room. [Incomplete]
